How it works
Three ways in, one rule for all of them: no enquiry form, no waiting for a reply to find out whether Saturday is free, no surprises about what things cost.
Three paths
Build & book, walk in, or bring the booth
Start simple. Make it yours. Whichever door you take, the photos are yours the same day.
Self-shoot studio
Build & book
When you book
Start with Flickery Basic, or tell us the occasion and build your shoot — minutes, people, backdrops, prints. Pick a date and time from real availability and confirm with your details; checkout says exactly what's due, if anything.
The day before
A reminder arrives with the address, parking notes and what to bring.
On the day
Arrive ten minutes early. Staff show you the remote, the monitor and your backdrop — then the room is yours.
Before you leave
Settle your session, anything you added and your promos at the counter — cash or e-wallet. Prints and digital copies are handed over on the spot.
Walk-in photo booth
Walk in
Check it's in
The booth travels to events. The homepage says from the morning whether it's here today, and when walk-ins resume.
At the counter
Pick a format off the board, pay, and step in — no booking, no deposit.
In the booth
About ten minutes, up to four of you. The booth counts you down.
Before you leave
Your print comes out in minutes, with the digital copy sent to your phone. Make it a keepsake on the spot — a magnet, a standee, a bookmark.
Event photo booth
Hire for an event
When you book
Pick the window your event needs, choose the keepsake your guests take home, and add hours if the party will run long. Checkout asks for your venue.
Before the date
We confirm transport for your venue and design the print templates around your theme.
On the night
We arrive ahead of your start time, build the booth, and run it with an attendant for the whole hire — unlimited shots, prints on the spot.
Afterwards
The hire is settled when the booth arrives, and the full digital gallery reaches you via link shortly after the event.

Before you worry
Never shot in a studio before? That's the normal case.
Most people arrive slightly unsure and leave surprised at how easy it was. The first few minutes of every session exist purely to get past that.
- The remote is one button
- Press it, check the live monitor, go again. We walk you through it before your time starts, and nobody is counting your takes.
- The lighting is our problem
- The set is built and metered before you arrive, so your session is spent shooting rather than adjusting.
- A private floor
- One session at a time — no photographer watching, no queue at the door. The room is yours until the timer says otherwise.
- Help is one buzz away
- Unsure what to add, or what to wear? Message us before you book — and on the day, staff are right outside the door.
